The Big Wave is the first stage in Otomedius Excellent.
Overview[]
This stage is all blue skies and blue waters, miniature mechanical ships flying at the player, but not too many bullets. As the boss approaches, the player rise into the clouds to battle Neko Sencho and the Mirrored Core battle ship. The level environment suggests that maybe it is the outer area of the city due to several skyscrapers buildings and civilian cruise ship has been damage.
