The Ancient Bacterian is the fourth stage in Otomedius Excellent.

Overview[]

This fourth stage is located in the forest and also you see in the Xbox 360 cover has a real Big Core as an Ancient Being and also has a Bacterian Temple while you enter in the forest, but the familiar of Nemesis 2's Stage 3 and the boss in this stage is Meta Lium located in the great waterfalls and she returns to the series but she died after hit by a big laser, and they noticed the one who fired a big laser was a gigantic Old Big Core.

Enemies[]

The rest were the old Hatches and Starfighters in the old Gradius game, and somehow, the Exclusive threat here are the Giant Duckers, they copied several attacks like the Heavy Ducker in Gradius Gaiden.
