Sun is the first stage in Nemesis 3.
Overview[]
This level has no introduction and throws the player directly into the action. At the beginning, a swarm of Sunbirds will appear and fly in waves throughout the whole stage, being the only proper enemies in the entire stage. Further on, the player will enter a zone with many suns projecting small solar flares that can make traversing this area difficult. Soon after, these suns will also start firing aimed rocks at the player from their solar flares. A large phoenix called Geezer Butler acts as the area's boss.
