Sprouts Layber

Sprouts Layber is the central brain of the Black Inpulse Empire, and appears as the final boss of Thunder Cross II.

Sprouts Layber consists of a massive cybernetic monstrosity filled with yellow wires, powered by a core crystal within a glass-like sphere. It enters from behind before joining with the center of the device to actiate it. At the end, it exploded, spelling doom for the Black Inpulse empire.

Attack Pattern

In the first phase, it shoots destructible clones of its core crystal. Eventually it switches to its second phase, and begins shooting red lasers in addition to its crystals. The lasers only fill a specific range, but the crystals can complicate dodging.
