Sakura Tamakichi (走い屋「さくら玉吉」 Sakura tamakichi) is an enemy in Parodius Da! and Jikkyō Oshaberi Parodius.

Parodius Da![]
Sakura Tamakichi are large trees with pink leaves that appear in the fourth stage, Japan in Parodius Da! At first, they seems immobiles and part of the background, but as soon as the player navigates near them, they start walking and block the path.
Jikkyō Oshaberi Parodius[]
They also appear in Jikkyō Oshaberi Parodius in the Edo Stage. In this game, they are mixed with the other trees, and they jump when the player is close to them, this can surprise the player a bit, but they are more easily avoidable than the Parodius Da! ones as they don't walk and block the player's path.
