Power of Anger is a music theme originally composed for Salamander and Life Force. It is the background theme for stage 1, Bionic Germ. It was reused for the Arcade version of Gradius III, appearing in one of the hidden stage found in the Mechanical Base. The track was later remixed for Salamander 2 as the background theme for stage 1, Sub-life Space, during the second loop.
Outside of the franchise, the music was also remixed, along with "We Followed the Sun" from Nemesis 3, for Airforce Delta Storm where it was used during the missions with the Vic Viper.
