Planet Gradius City Sky A (惑星グラディウス都市上空 （前編） Wakusei Guradiusu Toshi Jōkū (Zenpen)) is the second stage in Gradius V. It takes place within a gigantic battleship as you fight alongside your future self to stop a great evil.
Overview[]
The stage starts out with the inevitable power-up chain sequence, a cutscene of a space-time anomaly then ensues and you (as in the player and a future version of the Vic Viper T-301) fight your way through a titanic battleship. After that, the stage ends with a boss rush.
