Planet Core (プラネットコア Puranetto Koa^?) is is the fifth and last boss of the Boss Rush in Gradius IV.

Attack patterns[]

Planet Core fires big and small lasers and releases mines. After that, he fires beams all over himself. Finally it spins, along with its mines. This boss is incredibly easy. Its barriers have very low health, and the core has slightly more. Using options to get inside the walls does a lot of damage, and can take this boss out with ease.

Trivia[]

A similar core called Circle Core appeared in Gradius V.
