Moonspin is a music theme originally composed for final stage of Nemesis 2. It is the background theme for Stage 14, Venom Mothership. It also serves as a theme for stage middle stage between Stage 3 and 4 for the MSX port of Salamander, titled "Last Exit".
It was remixed for Salamander 2 as the background theme for stage 4, Huge Battleship during the second loop and Gradius ReBirth as the background theme for Stage 2, Cell, respectively.
