An immigrant from Planet Mel, Madoka is an engineering genius who built her own Ride Viper - The Murdoch Viper - Which is based on Twinbee, a hero from her planet. She's the grand-daughter of Dr. Mardock and great friend of Light, Pastel and Herb. Madoka was rescued from her insane grandfather by Twinbee and now enjoys baking and other domestic activities. On Earth, she's a first-year high school student. She's voiced by Ishige Sawa
Madoka and her own custom Ride Viper, Murdoch Viper Mk. II. Advanced level character mainly because her vulcan can be hard to focus on an enemy core and her Bee- Units aims at the nearest enemy, not where you want it to shoot. Does not have a weapon that can shoot above or below you. Her Bee-Units are capable of locking on to an enemy. Can produce 3 Bee- Units (Twinbee, Winbee, and Gwinbee) Her charged shot summons Shooting star and fires it's lasers and missiles.

Trivia
The Madoka of Twinbee fame loves to makes cookies, but her skills with baking cookies are known to be very devastating and bad. She cooks other foods very well, though. If this is the same Madoka, than Tita's line "I won't miss you, cookie!" must refer to her cooking.
Madoka underwent significant design changes between Gorgeous and Excellent; of note, she wears shorts now, instead of a skirt. She's also opted for Twinbee's iconic gloves.
