Background
The Needle Diamond is the boss of stage 6, the Needle Cavern, in Nemesis 3 for the MSX. the Needle Diamond appears to have a core, as it's center disappears upon death.
Attack Pattern
The Needle Diamond will first extend all of its arms, and pull itself in a random direction, usually down. It will then release several smaller versions of itself, which will aim for your craft. It will never release the enemies while moving.

Trivia
- This boss takes one of its alternate names with that of an American rock 'n roll band who was active back in the 60s and 70s. The reason for this is unknown. However, all of the bosses in the game do the same.
