Heavy Blow is a music theme originally composed for the NES port of Gradius II. It is the background theme for the first part of Stage 3, Volcano - Crystal. It was later remixed for Gradius ReBirth as the background theme for Stage 1, Volcano.
The music was also remixed for Airforce Delta Strike where it was used during the Space Missions with the Vic Viper and the theme is rip directly from NES.
