Hazard Ball (ハザード・ボール Hazādo Bōru) is an enemy in Life Force and Salamander. They also appear in Salamander (MSX).
Description[]
These balls appear mostly during the fight against Fortress Valis, where they are shot by the cores and they bounce around the screen. In the MSX version of Salamander, they can also be found in the final stage, Crush Salamander, bouncing on the walls.
They don't appear to be vulnerable to any shot, but can be destroyed if they collide with the Shield (at least in the MSX version).
