Globder (グロブダー) or Lash is an enemy which appears in the final stage of the original Salamander.
Details
It is a flashing energy beam which comes from the background, aimed in the general direction of the player and which dissipates after a while. They can't be hit, serving more as stage hazards.
Trivia
- Globders also make a cameo appearance in another Konami shoot 'em up, Flak Attack. In this game they also come from the background, and dissipates after a while.
