Eioneus (アイネアス Aineasu) is a planet in the Metalion Solar System. It is a planet known for its Earth-like green landscape and geological activity of volcanoes.
History[]
Most of the time the Bacterians attacked Eioneus and transformed it into a base, only to be liberated by Vic Viper later. Eioneus was also under attack by the Salamander Force and transformed it into a mobile base which Fortress Valis is where is at, but they were successfully destroyed and liberated by Saber Tiger and Thrasher as part of the Crush Blow Operation, and later Vic Viper and Lord British in the Salamander War. In Gradius Gaiden, Eioneus was damaged by a black hole. However, in Gradius Galaxies, Eioneus was not worse for weary and a civilization seems to have formed.
