Crystal Bomb (クリスタムボム) is one of the enemies introduced in Salamander. They look very similar to the cores in Core Warships. They also appear on stage 5 of Parodius Da!.
Attack Patterns
Crystal Bombs just fly at the player in large numbers.
In Gokujō Parodius!, a larger version exists. These fly much more slower but self destruct into bullets upon nearing the player.
