Bacteriya (ばくてり屋 Baku Teri-ya) is the final boss in Jikkyō Oshaberi Parodius. He is a giant pink octopus wearing an apron and a black hat, and holds what seems to be a rod or gohei in his tentacle.
Description
Bacteriya has the same attacks as the Super NES version of Bacterian, although he also makes mumbling noises when hit, much like the arcade version of said enemy. He simply attacks by shooting a spread of three bubbles with his bubble wand. He also self-destructs in time, but will release suicide bullets on higher loops. In the PlayStation version of the game, Bacteriya has a black mantilla veil over his head which can be destroyed.
