A Long Time Ago is a music theme originally composed by the Konami Kukeiha Club exclusively for the arcade version of Gradius III. It is the alternate background theme of Volcanic Planet, and features a remixed and combined version of three musics; Free Flyer, Fly High and Burning Heat into one single track.
